We respect your privacy. We ask you for personal information necessary to process your order and to communicate with you. The personal information you provide to us is not shared with any outside parties. Occasionally we email promotional offers to our customers. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you'll have an opportunity to opt out, in which case we may contact you regarding the order(s) you've placed with us.
If you use our free email reminder service, we reserve the right to include promotional messages at the time we confirm the logging of your reminder submission and with the email transmission of the reminder itself.
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND NOTIFICATION
Our policy is to ship orders within one business day of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday, excepting certain holidays and business closings. All orders are confirmed in detail by email on the date of shipment. If, for any reason, we are not able to ship your order within three business days of receipt, we'll notify you immediately by email.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Personal Countdown Clock is designed to give you years of reliable service and is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase (battery excluded). If your Countdown Clock fails to work properly during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
This warranty does not cover Countdown Clocks which have been damaged by accident, misused, subject to water or other liquids, tampered with, modified or otherwise abused in any way. In the unlikely event that you'll have to return your Countdown Clock to us for repair or replacement, please carefully follow the return instructions included with your Countdown Clock or contact us for a return authorization.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Countdown Clocks International, you may return your order, or part thereof, for a full merchandise refund within one month of the purchase date. Please contact us for a return authorization. |
